一、添加 毫秒镜像 为默认注册表

说明：1 对应套件搜索拉取及docker.1ms.run前缀的docker pull，2 对应命令拉取无前缀的docker pull

DSM7.2版本

1、新增 注册表 并默认使用

注册表名称：毫秒镜像，注册表URL：https://docker.1ms.run

2、默认注册表添加 镜像

注册表镜像URL：https://docker.1ms.run

DSM7.0/DSM7.1版本
